- Self-serve laundry customers must supervise their own washing and drying process.
- Do not leave laundry unattended.
- Abandoned items or items left for the attendant to finish will be charged full wash/dry/fold price upon pickup.
- Daybreak is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
- If items are not picked up within 30 days, we have the right to donate them to charity.
- Check the inside of each machine before use.
- Use low heat settings whenever possible.
- No dyeing is permitted.
- In order to work properly, there must be room in the washers and dryers for your items to move around.
- Leave headroom in the machines; 6-10 inches at the top for washers, 12-18 inches in the top of dryers.
- Detergent pods must be placed in the washer drum, not in top dispensers.
- Scent beads are not permitted in Daybreak machines.
- Ask an attendant for instructions and assistance if unsure of proper load size, settings or use.
- Items that cannot be washed or dried in Daybreak machines include:
- Shoes or Boots
- Items made of or lined with rubber or plastic
- Underwire bras
- Flammable items or items that have been soiled by flammable materials
- Customers will be charged for damage to Daybreak Laundry machines or facilities due to negligent use.
- A laundromat isn't a good environment for kids. Children must be closely supervised at all times.
- Please don't run in the laundromat.
- Please don't sit or stand on or in machines, tables, or carts.
- Leave carts inside the laundromat.
- Please eat outside or in your car. Keep food out of the laundromat.
